Job Responsibilities:

• Create data sheets, case studies, newsletters for our services
• Work with clients for quotes, and with distributors on order fulfilment
• Update CRM system
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations
• Enhance client relationships and proactively identify opportunities and create ideas for revenue generation
• Work with delivery and operations team to develop services description, answer client queries, etc.
• Help identify objectives, strategy and action plan to improve short and long term sales goals
• Make cold calls, follow up on leads and generate new accounts

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
• Aggressive, mature, detail oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Photoshop is a plus)
• Good knowledge of general IT Technology
• Decent presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and positive with a can-do attitude
• Aggressive, independent, takes initiative and able to work under pressure
• Must beavaible to work in the US.

• Assist with gathering user requirements, and analyse such requirements to prepare both functional/ technical specifications for development of Web, Mobile, and Social Media integrated systems
• Involve in the design, brainstorming and planning stages
• To code with PHP, MySQL and Javascript
• Prepare test plans and assist with UAT/ user training
• Lead team of Junior developers
• And most importantly, keep learning and share critical knowledge across the team

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent professional development experience
• Experienced in HTML, CSS, JQuery, AJAX, Javascript and PHP/MySQL
• Experienced with Web Services (RESTful) and Laravel frameworks
• Experience with AGILE and SCRUM methodologies
• Strong communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English.
• Self motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, strong problem solving, results oriented and ability to meet deadlines Work independently and within a team in developing web sites

Provide infrastructure systems support that fully meets the requirements of business processes, applications, and systems Establish standards and best practices for infrastructure administration and management

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, maintain, tune, and support infrastructure technologies
• Install and configure infrastructure management systems and related software
• Develop tactical and strategic plans, standards, guidelines and policies based on growth, trends and available metrics
• Establish and maintain physical infrastructure design standards
• Practice and provide oversight of infrastructure asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information
• Develops knowledge and awareness of infrastructure-related technologies. Participates in the research and evaluation of new technologies and makes recommendations for their integration as relevant
• Advise and distribute information to development teams on infrastructure-related standards and guidelines
• Perform production support of infrastructures according to service-level agreements
• Understands crisis management and escalation procedures and participates when relevant Execution and oversight of infrastructure improvements, upgrades and repairs
• Monitor ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve assigned tickets. Verify with customer that issue is resolved to satisfaction
• Provide data and infrastructure consulting services to project teams throughout the entire software development life cycle
• Review and assist with development of application scripts and procedures as requested Guide and mentor fellow infrastructure administrators and engineers and project team members on infrastructure related topics while emphasizing performance and tuning
• Determine need and makes recommendations on infrastructure-related hardware and software to support requirements
• Project execution including partnering with project management, risk management, quality testing, documentation and training
• Assist project teams with system installation and upgrade implementation plans, and performs implementation tasks as appropriate
• Maintain infrastructure access rights and protections
• Establish and maintains infrastructure-related security strategies that comply with the overall system security strategies and requirements
• Document infrastructure knowledge using appropriate mechanisms and tools
• Produce and manage required infrastructure documentation including infrastructure system dependencies, infrastructure and components, backup and maintenance plans, and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Experience in production support processes and problem resolution according to service-level agreements
• Knowledge of infrastructure architecture and infrastructure planning
• Valid ITIL v3, CCNA, MCSE certifications required
